It undermines individual well-being, team dynamics, and organizational productivity. Addressing workplace harassment is crucial for fostering a healthy work environment that promotes professionalism, equality, and respect. While Workplace Harassment is distinct from Sexual Harassment and does not necessarily come under the ambit of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 ( POSH) Act, our experience has been that organisations that address Workplace Harassment issues are less likely to see incidents of Sexual Harassment as well.
